What makes Tory Day Fit different from other programs ?
Most programs throw you into generic workouts. At Tory Day Fit, everything is tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and body. I combine strength, mobility, corrective exercise, and nutrition so you don’t just look better—you move better, feel better, and perform at your peak.
How long before I see results?
Most clients start noticing changes in their energy, strength, and confidence within the first 2–4 weeks. Visible body transformations typically happen in 6–12 weeks depending on consistency, nutrition, and starting point.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. You’ll get guidance on meal planning, portion control, and smart food swaps that fit your lifestyle. My Empowered Eating system is designed to fuel results without crazy restrictions.
Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
No. Many of my clients start with bodyweight training, resistance bands, or simple home equipment. If you have access to a gym, I’ll design a program that maximizes it. If not, you’ll still get results from home.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
I’m certified in Corrective Exercise, so I know how to build programs that work around injuries, strengthen weak areas, and help prevent setbacks. Your plan will be customized to meet you exactly where you are.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train 3–5 days per week, 30–45 minutes per session. I build your program to fit your schedule so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
